Ageing: Tanks for 4-6 months
Nose: Black fruits of blackcurrant, blackberry with
pungent spice notes.
Palate:Well-structured, balance, with long aftertaste.
Enjoy it with red meat, pasta dishes, and Cypriot meze.
Best serve at 17 degrees celsius.
